Habaita sourced, managed, underwrote, and executed the buildup case of the future merger of Cromwell Property Group European Asset Management and Stoneweg Asset Management. Through the acquisition of the Cromwell European Asset Management Business and securing third-party capital mandate with an AUM of €4Bn and a very attractive acquisition price equal to 1x revenues. Moreover, Habaita created a merger business plan for the future implementation of the two asset management merger with a great focus on cost optimization and complementariness by unlocking their merged value.

Acquisition of 27.8% stake in SET (Stoneweg European Real Estate Trust) from Cromwell Property Group ( a listed company in the Australian Stock Exchange) on behalf of SWI GROUP.
Habaita sourced, managed, co-invested and executed on behalf of SWI Group the acquisition of 27.8% equity stake in SET (Stoneweg Europe Staple Trust) listed on the Singapore Exchange with a portfolio of logistics and offices spread over 14 different European countries with an AUM of €2.5Bn. The transaction was concluded at a very competitive valuation implying over 30% discount on their Net Asset Value implying a high double digit dividend yield on equity invested.

Acquisition of a logistics income producing portfolio fully leased to DHL
Habaita sourced, managed, underwrote, and executed the acquisition of an Italian logistics platform fully let to DHL for a price which is ~ 30% discounted to their Net Asset Value.

Coordination and key advisory on the issuance of Euro 500m by Stoneweg Europe Staple Trust
Habaita coordinated and supported on behalf of SWI Group the refinance of €500m Eurobond maturing in 2025 under the Stoneweg Europe Staple Trust. Habaita introduced and coordinated a solid syndicate bank, advise and managed g the transaction deal flow on behalf of SWI Group. The Bond was oversubscribed five times and received a very strong demand from various institutional investors around the Globe. This successful transaction facilitated to the SWI Group to reduce a major refinancing risk associated with its acquisition.
