Ariel has over 20 years of experience leading financing, capital markets and M & A activities in the real estate European arena.
As a former CFO of a leading listed European commercial real estate company, he transformed the Company’s capital structure achieving investment grade rating from one of the largest rating agencies in the world and successfully placed its first benchmark Eurobond size three times oversubscribed to €1.4Bn during Covid.
Mr Ferstman has raised over €3Bn in debt and equity and lead successfully M&A transactions over €5Bn in real estate in the European and Asian markets.
He is regularly invited to attend various forums and conferences as speaker and panelist.

Yovav has over 25 years of experience in all aspects of managing large real estate portfolios. This includes asset management of sizable portfolios in the range of This includes asset management of large portfolios in the range of €2.5Bn, being involved and leading real estate transactions over €7Bn in Europe, and raising equity and debt in the amount of €2Bn being involved and leading real estate transactions over €7Bn in Europe, and raising equity and debt in the amount of €2Bn.
Since December 2024, Yovav is a non-executive member of the board of Stoneweg Europe Stapled Trust, a listed, Singaporean real estate trust with a portfolio of assets in the volume of ~€2.5Bn active mainly in Western Europe in the logistics, data centers and office sectors.
In January 2025, he took an instrumental role in refinancing the trust’s €500m Eurobond, which was 5 times oversubscribed.
As of September 2025 Yovav joined the board of directors of MAS PLC as an independent non executive director.
MAS PLC is a Johannesburg stock listed landlord and developer with a total volume of assets of €2Bn, active in the shopping center and residential sectors in CEE.
From 2020 until 2022 he served as President of the Management Board (CEO) of a listed European company with a volume of assets of €2.5Bn, while between 2015-2020 he served as the Chief Operating Officer of the company.

An ACCA qualified professional, Karoly possesses advanced Excel skills and excels at modelling financial plans, analyzing markets and regulations, and leading financial due diligence. He has 10 years of audit experience at EY, providing deep expertise in complex IFRS accounting matters and client advisory. Karoly holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Pécs, supporting decision-makers across dynamic sectors with reliable, actionable insight.
At Habaita, he provides expert financial services including investment valuation, advanced financial modelling and cash-flow forecasting, IFRS accounting advisory, comprehensive due diligence, preparation of controlling reports, and high-level overview of financial performance. Skilled at delivering actionable insights and ensuring compliance, supporting informed decision-making across diverse industries.

Associate
Bence has extensive experience in finance with a diverse background in credit risk, investor relations, controlling, and audit. He previously worked at Morgan Stanley supporting the underwriting process of real estate companies, building detailed cash flow models, and managing complex credit portfolios.
Working with international teams and senior leadership has allowed him to develop strong expertise in financial reporting, stakeholder communication, and regulatory compliance across multiple industries.
At Habaita, he plays a key role in aligning investor goals with high-performing real estate strategies, contributing to the structuring and execution of projects across both private and public markets.
Bence holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Bachelor’s in Finance and Accounting from Corvinus University of Budapest.
